File Encryption:
All audio and text files are protected by 128 bit encryption and transferred through a secure FTP system.
Login:
Access of data is permitted by a valid username and password.
Access Limitation:
We limit which computers can gain access to the system and view files.
Non-Disclosure Agreements:
Our employees sign a comprehensive confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement following HIPPA standards.
